Why BigGameBoardz

The big-screen experience. Built for high school.

Fans, families and sponsors expect more than numbers on a wall. BigGameBoardz puts score animations, player intros and live sponsor content in front of your crowd, run by the same volunteers who run your clock today.

Hype

Big-time graphics

Score animations, 3 POINTER!, TOUCHDOWN, GOAL!, DE-FENSE!, pregame intros and senior night, in your school’s colors, name and logo.

Control

Simple at the table

One touchscreen console runs clocks, scores, fouls, timeouts, horn and graphics, with big buttons and undo built for volunteer scorers.

Revenue

Sponsors help pay for it

A sponsor zone on every layout, “brought to you by” timeout sponsors and proof-of-play reports for renewals.

Reliable

Runs offline

The board runs on its own private network, so game night never depends on the school network or the internet.

Everywhere

Gym or stadium

Basketball, volleyball and wrestling inside; football, soccer, baseball, softball and lacrosse outside, with a high-contrast layout for sunlight.

Local

Installed & supported

Designed, installed and supported by Tri-State AV, with an annual game-night support plan available.

How it works

One console. The whole show.

Your scorer taps the touchscreen console. The scoreboard system on site runs the clocks and graphics, and the LED video board puts it all in front of the crowd: scoreboard on the top three-quarters, sponsors on the bottom quarter.

  • Clocks keep running even if the console drops off.
  • Game state saved every second, with a standby backup built in.
  • Its own private network, no internet needed.

Every season

Ten sports. One board.

Pick the sport on the console and the board switches layouts. Each sport keeps its own rules settings, so basketball night and football night never get mixed up.

Sponsors pay for it

A board that earns its keep.

The bottom quarter of the board rotates sponsor logos all game. Every timeout is “brought to you by” a sponsor, with a big countdown so everyone knows when play resumes. Every logo shown is counted, so renewals are easy.

  • Your sponsor money stays with your school.
  • Managed sponsorship service: you sell, we handle the rest.
  • Sponsor-assisted funding and lease options.

Two ways to go big

Add video. Or go all in.

Option 1

Video add-on

A full-color video board beside your current scoreboard, which stays your official board. Hype graphics, intros and the sponsor zone, without touching what already works.

Option 2

Primary video scoreboard

A full-color video board that is your scoreboard, with horns and a backup timer, plus every graphic and sponsor feature.

Every project starts with a free site visit in the Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky area. We measure, check power and data, and send a written, fixed quote before any work starts. Add-ons include PA audio integration, extra graphics packages and an annual game-night support plan.

Concept renderings are illustrations, not photos of a real gym or stadium. Board and console images are real screens from the working BigGameBoardz system with sample data: “Hometown Hawks” is a made-up school, sponsors marked SAMPLE are placeholders, and “YOUR LOGO” marks where your school or sponsor logo goes. For sanctioned games, keep your official timing system or a backup clock as your state association requires.
